Several times about our allergies, and agreed via phone and e-mail that each person would have a choice of a two- or three-course meal from the à la carte menu. We arrived at a scheduled reservation only to find that our table was not yet ready. It took 40 minutes(!) before the table was clear and ready, and we barely even received an apology for this. Once we were seated, a waiter who was clearly irritated with something arrived to take orders. He for some reason said that we were all having a set three-course meal, upon which I informed him that this was not what was previously agreed upon. He needed to "check with management" or some such thing before he came back and agreed, but then gave us a menu which was much more restricted than the one available online.
We stumbled across photos on the internet and decided to make a reservation simply because the restaurant looked very beautiful. So I’m quite surprised at all the negative reviews after my... Unfortunately the only good thing about this place from my experience is the instagrammable venue. The staff are unprofessional and not helpful or polite if you are not happy with your meal. You’re made to feel like you’ve done something wrong for asking if you... Unfortunately we had a really disappointing experience.

We're talking around minutes between clearing one dish and receiving the next. The bill took so long to arrive we ended up walking over to them and paying there. And this was in a less than half-full restaurant... We literally spent most of our night waiting for service which was also given with horrible attitude.

Slow service, at our table for 2 hours and only asked for drinks on arrival. Food menu is misleading - every main and side occurs an additional cost (not the 2 courses for €39 as expected. Decor is cute, DJ was playing on the night... Meanwhile, on Monday, the singer-songwriter opened up about experiencing the holidays solo as a single mom with her guest Jewel. I would say it’s a place for people who like to take pictures and not for people with tastebuds or with expectations of good customer service. Each Kelly’s restaurant receives delivery of 25-day aged beef knuckle twice a week. Seasoned only with salt and pepper, the beef roasts in a convection oven on a low temperature for 3-4 hours to produce a medium-rare roast.

Mama Kelly is really overhyped and the high tea is definitely not worth €80! It was a very unfortunate and disappointing experience. We made a reservation for lunch and wanted to have a table inside, which is obvious - people go there because of the interior.

The apartment also features a large open plan kitchen/lounge area with lovely fireplace. The place is not that unique, they sat us at a table near the kitchen which was really disappointing and the bill was really expensive for the experience and food. Firstly, I did not read the reviews before I came here.
